Delivery
We will ship orders as quickly as we can. Please allow 2-16 business days for the order to arrive, depending on your location. Once your order has been processed by us you will receive a tracking code via email.
All orders are shipped with DHL, direct from our headquarters in Iceland. Orders are processed Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM GMT/UTC.
Please be advised that you may be charged import duties and/or taxes by your local government.

Returns & refund
If you have any issues with your order or the products you received please contact us at info@nordicwasabi.com– We are always very helpful!
We want you to receive Nordic Wasabi products in perfect condition, if products have been damaged during transport please tell us, so we can improve our shipping processes – we would love hearing from you!

Prices
Please notice that prices can change without notice. Nordic Wasabi reserves the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing. Also to change prices or withdraw products from sale without notice.
Payment
The shipment cost depends on your location and the weight of your order. Please be advised that you may be charged import duties and/or taxes by your local government.

Governing law
Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises it shall be brought before the District Court of East Iceland.
